I ordered two rings on Jan 1. Today is Feb 5 and still NO rings. Their customer service lacks so much of everything. They provide no real resolution just words that hold no real value. I even paid for priority shipping and five weeks later NOTHING has been shipped. It ridiculous, to say the least. If you try to request a refund, you are told your forfeit a 30% for production and materials. Don’t order from this company ... you will regret it! I paid about $280 and received nothing in return, it’s unacceptable. They are keeping the expedited shipping cost ... five weeks later nothing has even been mailed
If I could give Zero stars I would. I purchased two rings, not special ordered on 2/7/21 and they just arrived today 3/29/21. It took 2 months to arrive. During that time I sent about 4 emails asking where my rings were and kept getting the same answer. Due to COVID we are experiencing delays. Lies! For anyone who does not know China literally shuts down for the whole month of February for a Moon or Spring celebration. I forget what it is called. So instead of being honest they keep blaming COVID. Second lie - their website looks as if it is in the USA because it Shows a California address. Not true. All product comes from China. I read a previous review from someone who thought their product was coming from Germany, so there must be another website out there fronting as a German company. I sent the company a final email last week and said I wanted to cancel my order and give me a refund because I was tired of waiting. Next morning I get an email telling me that my item has shipped. Seriously? So that 's what it takes to get your order, threaten and then they ship it. Very Very disappointed with my service. I will never purchase anything from them again. I do not recommend ordering anything unless you don't mind waiting. Oh, and I tried leaving this review on their website and I was blocked. It would not let me post it. So the reviews on the website are not true and honest reviews.

My husband bought me this ring and i get complaints on it all the time its beautiful and so sparkling
Bad quality , delivery took 2 months eta was 3 weeks
Ask to cancel the order when i noticed the delivery was taking very long , before the parcel arrived
They ignores my ticket request shrugged me off and told me my parcel will come soon
Now they will not refund me because its been 60 days since i got the item
Dont order from here , choose a good website like pandora wich sell high quality goods for cheap with almost instant delivery
Dont waste your money here did i also mention the quality of the ring i ordered was also pants ?
I highly recommend Jeulia , the quality and design are excellent . Jeulia makes high quality durable jewelry at an affordable price. They offer a wide selection of jewelry . I've made three purchases from Jeulia and never been disappointed. If ever customer service is needed they provide excellent customer service. I'm very happy with my purchase and will continue to buy from Jeulia in the future.
The rate of shipping is horrible. My idem I ordered on the 29th of April still isn’t here. It was supposed to be here before Mother’s Day. It said shipping in 3 to 5 Business days and just got shipped yesterday. I just got a tracking number. This is very unacceptable and unprofessional. I don’t know why if I order it off Amazon it would get here faster then the company shipping. I don’t think I’ll order from this company again. I think they get a 1 star
I love the ring it truly is beautiful. I feel you can kinda tell it isn't real diamonds but still beautiful. I have got a lot of compliments on it.
Fell in love with the ring, but I ordered a size 9 and it won't fit. My last wedding set was a size 8. Well I had some swelling and ended up having to cut that one off. So I figured I would order a size 9 to make sure if my finger swelled again I wouldn't have to worry. But I get it and it doesn't fit. I put it next to my other one and they are the same size. No wonder it didn't fit. But I can't return it cause then I would have to pay more money in shipping to return and then ship a new one out.
I got 1-4 day shipping and it has been 7 days and I still don't have my package. Not a huge deal but for $20 extra I would've like to have it on time
I got the ring about 3 weeks after and i was so excited to receive it. As soon as i got it I immediately opened it and it fit perfectly and beautifully sits on my finger. I really love this ring

I purchased a bracelet from Jeuila which was received damaged. I emailed pictures the same day which the item was received and it’s been an absolute nightmare. This company wants to make the customer responsible for initial shipping fees for receiving damaged merchandise and for shipping fees for returning damaged merchandise. I will be forwarding all of my information to the Attorney General Office, Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs and my Credit Card company for assistance.
Jeuila doesn’t deserve even one star as the product and the customer service is beyond horrendous.

Your response doesn’t match the emails which I received from your company in addition it doesn’t matter if the item is adjustable.
I contacted your company due to the poor condition of the items which I received.
**Beware•• This company is ONLY concerned about ratings…not operating with integrity or quality customer service. The response from Jeuila was left when I did not remove my rating per their multiple email request. Further Jeuila only agreed to issue a total refund including shipping fees after I posted my review on this website. As of this posting my refund hasn’t been issued**Lastly please take the time to read each review you will note others had very similar horrible customer service experiences with this company.
**Update as of May 4th 2021**
Received email last week stating refund will take 1 to 3 business days and the request again to remove my review. I will post an update once I receive a status from this company.

Finally received refund to original payment source for the damaged product received. Company issued store credit as compensation for return shipping fees which I stated multiple times in prior emails I have no interest in shopping with Jeuila again, so I would have no use for a store credit. THIS COMPANY WILL CREATE WAYS NOT TO REFUND CUSTOMERS…IMO customers are not valued…Once again BUYER BEWARE!!!

As of May 6th 2021 I am still waiting for my return shipping refund and haven’t heard anything from Jeuila after their attempt to pass off a store credit.
I absolutely love my new wedding ring set. I purchased a second band to complete the set how I want, and they were able to give me a special order purchase for the extra band. The communication was fast. Customer Service is amazing! I have received so many compliments on my new wedding ring set. I can't stop staring at how sparkly it is!

So far, I have purchased the Cheshire Cat necklace, the Panther necklace, and the long link, (paper clip), necklace. I love the quality, and detail to each piece. Thank you Jeulia
